We are adding a CVT to our team! The Feral Cat Coalition of Oregon is a nationally recognized nonprofit spay/neuter program and we operate a state-of-the-art clinic in Portland, Oregon. FCCO is dedicated to high-quality, high-volume spay/neuter services for feral and outdoor stray cats and we care for 7,000 cats each year. Under the direction of the Medical Manager, assists in the provision of medical care of animals in the shelter and foster. Administers medications, triage incoming animals, performs basic laboratory tests, and performs euthanasia. Works well independently and under pressure but as part of a team to ensure timely, quality medical care for all animals in the shelter.
Veterinary Medical Supervisor
As the region’s largest open-admission shelter, ACCT Philly’s medical program depends on skilled individuals to provide the highest level of care for its animals. The Medical Supervisor is one of the primary positions responsible for monitoring, directing, and administering medical services and treatments to the shelter’s many animals. This position works with the Medical Manager and in concert with a team of medical nurses, veterinarians, managers and staff to ensure timely and humane care for thousands of animals every year of various species, stages of health, and dispositions in both the clinic and the shelter setting.
Registered Veterinary Technician
As a Registered Veterinary Technician on our Clinic Services team, you will be a leader on our staff, motivating and energizing the veterinary medical team to meet department goals. You will act as a mentor and coach, sharing your expertise with your fellow team members while completing the daily duties of preparation and recovery of animals admitted for surgery.
