To include ensuring the Planned PEThood team provides excellent pre-, peri- and post-operative care of surgery patients, while managing to a successful bottom line. Responsible for the overall management of the Duluth surgical staff to include training, skills assessment, and establishing appropriate flow. Ability to sterilize approximately 40+ animals (mix of dog/cat; male/female) per day – or capacity to get there.
