The Director of Shelter Operations at EASEL Animal Rescue League is primarily responsible for the management of daily shelter operations, including supervision and training of shelter personnel and volunteers, team building, coordination and supervision of animal care, adoptions, record-keeping, and ensuring high-quality customer service is provided to the public by all staff and volunteers. Assists in the provision of medical and surgical care of the animals in the shelter and for the public. Administers medications and vaccines, assists with surgery, performs basic laboratory tests, and euthanasia. Works well independently but as part of a team to ensure timely, quality medical care for all animals in the shelter. Supervisor: Medical Manager
