The Client Services Supervisor is a mid-level managerial position who assists in the daily supervision and oversight of customer service team members. S/he provides oversight to create a positive and supportive environment for the public and staff in a way that reflects the values and mission of the organization. The position of Client Services Supervisor includes administrative, supervisory, reporting/data analysis, and personnel-related duties. Montgomery County SPCA is looking for a Medical Director for our three-facility SPCA outside Philadelphia.
