High Volume Spay-Neuter Clinic Associate Veterinarian
Brevard Spay-Neuter Clinic is actively seeking a full-time associate veterinarian to join our fast-paced and growing clinic.
Office Assistant at High Volume Spay/Neuter Clinic
Current work days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The clinic is hoping to be open 5 days in the future, so the opportunity to increase days and hours might become available. Duties include managing booking schedule through clinic software, ensuring complete and accurate records exist for all patients, including rabies certificates, go-home paperwork, and medical records, plus answering clinic phones, returning messages, and forwarding messages to appropriate staff in a timely manner.
Community Programs Assistant
The role of the Community Programs Assistant is to work in all operational and promotional aspects of community programs including Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) and Cats at Work (CAW). These programs work to reduce the outdoor cat population in Chicago and to empower and support colony caretakers to make the most well-informed decisions for community cats.
Spay/Neuter Clinic Manager
The Spay/Neuter Manager has an integral role in the success of the East Bay SPCA’s mission to decrease pet overpopulation and offer an affordable option for Alameda and Contra Costa county residents. With their dedicated leadership, they have a direct positive impact on the local community. The Spay/Neuter Manager is responsible for daily operations of the Oakland and Dublin spay/neuter clinics. This includes client care, team management, and patient care. This individual is accountable for achieving organizational objectives, delivery of excellent client and animal care, OSHA compliance, stewardship of the spay/neuter facilities’ resources, and leadership of the team. The Spay/Neuter Manager directly oversees all members of the spay/neuter team, as well as the associate veterinarians for non-medical issues.
JOB SUMMARY The Clinic Manager is in responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic, supports the Board in ensuring the overall financial and emotional health of the organization, and ensures that the organization is meeting its goals and mission. The Clinic Manager delegates administrative duties as needed to achieve clinic goals and oversees support staff to ensure individual duties are being completed. The Clinic Manager works closely with the Medical Director and Veterinary Technician Supervisor to manage the overall functions of the clinic and resolve any issues. The successful candidate will be expected to provide leadership, direction and discipline when necessary. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for bringing any material staff conflict to the attention of the board of directors.The Clinic Manager serves as point person for the dissemination of information to staff.
The Development Associate is responsible for supporting WRR’s communications and development functions, including digital campaigns, website management, social media, media relations, publications, marketing, and record management.

Vice-President of Operations
The Vice President of Operations provides strategic guidance and leadership for the Operations Division of HSPPR. The Vice-President of Operations oversees and directs the proper utilization of resources such as revenue, employees, in-kind donations, dollars raised, and volunteer services supporting the operations division. The Vice-President of Operations ensures quality animal and people care in accordance with HSPPR's mission, values, goals, and management philosophy.
