This position is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong nonprofit finance operations background to help strengthen and expand a high impact, local nonprofit dedicated to saving and improving the lives of pets and people! Reporting to the ED, the Director of Finance will be responsible for overseeing finance, administration, business systems planning and analysis, and improving financial efficiencies for our Adoption Center and Thrift Store. Additionally, they will be responsible for overseeing and managing the outsourced vendors for human resources and information technology.

Licensed Veterinary Technician

Overview: Spay Today is offering the following possibilities 1. One full-time spay/neuter surgical position working four days per week in our single vet practice. 2. Two part- time surgeons dividing the four-day workweek. 3. Possible ownership if interested in your own practice. 4. An additional part time position in shelter medicine is available next door at the Pitt County Animal Shelter.
The Executive Director acts as the primary voice of Pet Network Humane Society (PNHS) and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the shelter and thrift store. This includes strategic planning, personnel management and development, animal care, transfers and adoptions, development and fundraising, marketing and community outreach, and public education.
Mobile Clinic Veterinarian
The mobile clinic veterinarian will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the mobile unit veterinary/tech staff, and overseeing all medical care for all animals receiving services on mobile unit. The primary responsibilities include performing spay/neuter surgeries and monitoring the health of treated animals during recovery.
High-Quality High-Volume Spay/Neuter and Wellness Veterinarian (4-day work week)
We are a high-quality, high-volume, low-cost spay/neuter and wellness veterinary clinic in rural Murphy, NC. Our mission is to prevent the unnecessary suffering and euthanasia of dogs and cats in shelters due to overpopulation. We are seeking a full-time, part-time, and relief veterinarian. Since opening our clinic in 2015, we have performed nearly 20,000 spay and neuter surgeries all coming from our partner Logan’s Run Rescue (a 501c3 small animal rescue). People from over a dozen different counties and three different states come to utilize our services; we find a way to help. The staff loves to teach and loves to learn; we are a teaching clinic and believe in giving back by sharing our knowledge. We pride ourselves in partnering with, teaching, and helping local shelters, humane societies, and rescues. Plus, we have our own TNR program. Our schedule allows for real life balance with time to rest and recharge with family and friends. - We work only 4 days a week Tuesday-Friday, with weekends and Mondays off - No late nights - No on-call - No after hour emergencies
