Animal Care of Davis County is a socially conscious municipal shelter dedicated to providing sheltering, placement, and prevention services to reduce animal homelessness and unnecessary euthanasia. We’re looking for veterinarian candidates with a special desire to help shelter animals. Our Shelter Veterinarians provide examinations, rabies vaccinations and minor in-house surgeries for shelter animals. The schedule is incredibly flexible - you name your hours, dates and times. Animal Control Officer II
The City of Seattle seeks a compassionate and experienced professional for the position of Animal Control Officer II (ACOII). A team of Animal Control Officers enforce animal related ordinances within the City of Seattle. Officers also participate in community outreach, working with the shelter’s many resources to assist Seattle citizens and their pets. A shift can include a wide variety of call types from enforcement to education to wildlife rescue and everything in between!
