ASPCA Poison Control will suspend its veterinary student externship program after 2025, as we are no longer able to offer the course in a remote format. This change is a result of updates issued in March 2025 by the AVMA Council on Education regarding Distance Education, which eliminate the ability to obtain clinical credits from DE courses.
