Spay/Neuter Veterinarian for Rescue Organization
Seeking a Veterinarian to care for our rescue dogs while they are awaiting adoption.
Fixin’ to Save Spay and Neuter Clinic is currently hiring for an experienced high-volume Spay/Neuter Veterinarian for our clinic in Gloucester County Virginia. The Spay/Neuter Veterinarian is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the staff and overseeing all medical care and surgeries for the animals receiving services. This position will be responsible for guaranteeing the safe sterilization of as many animals as possible for several local rescue organizations as well as publicly own animals in the community. The successful candidate will have experience in performing high-volume, high-quality spays/neuters.
Part time position for high volume spay neuter clinic. 25-30 surgeries daily. No more than 6 dogs over 35 pounds. 15 dogs max daily.
Experienced Spay-Neuter Veterinary Technician/Assistant
Work with surgical team in all aspects of spay-neuter surgical caseloads from intake, pre-medication, induction, prep, monitoring, recovery and discharge. Interest in dentistry is a plus.
