Animal Protection Field Supervisor - Denver Animal Protection
Denver Animal Protection is seeking an Animal Protection Officer Supervisor to supervise animal protection employees who enforce local and regional laws concerning the care and treatment of animals, investigate complaints of non-compliance with animal ordinances and laws, perform facility compliance inspections, perform court liaison duties pertaining to the issuance of legal summonses, and provide education to the public regarding public health, animal care, safety, and welfare.
High-Quality High-Volume Spay/Neuter and Wellness Veterinarian (4-day work week)
We are a high-quality, high-volume, low-cost spay/neuter and wellness veterinary clinic in rural Murphy, NC. Our mission is to prevent the unnecessary suffering and euthanasia of dogs and cats in shelters due to overpopulation. We are seeking a full-time, part-time, and relief veterinarian. Since opening our clinic in 2015, we have performed nearly 20,000 spay and neuter surgeries all coming from our partner Logan’s Run Rescue (a 501c3 small animal rescue). People from over a dozen different counties and three different states come to utilize our services; we find a way to help. The staff loves to teach and loves to learn; we are a teaching clinic and believe in giving back by sharing our knowledge. We pride ourselves in partnering with, teaching, and helping local shelters, humane societies, and rescues. Plus, we have our own TNR program. Our schedule allows for real life balance with time to rest and recharge with family and friends. - We work only 4 days a week Tuesday-Friday, with weekends and Mondays off - No late nights - No on-call - No after hour emergencies

The associate veterinarian plays a vital part in supporting the community, especially for those clients and animals who may not have another accessible option for care. As an organization, we offer financial assistance to clients in need as well as partner with outside funding groups to decrease as much as the financial burden as possible. The associate veterinarian may spend up to 30% of their time based on organizational needs between shelter animal care and at the HQHV spay/neuter clinics.
