Kauai Humane Society is looking for a self-motivated veterinarian skilled in
managing a diverse team of professionals and providing high quality
medical care in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must demonstrate an aptitude in shelter medicine and surgical proficiency. The position provides prompt and quality veterinary services to all animals within KHS’s care and at public clinics. The Director of Medical Operations will act as lead shelter veterinarian and provide direct oversight to shelter medical operations and medical staffing, as well as establish relationships within the veterinary community. This position reports to the Executive Director.

schedule is 4-day, ten hour shifts, so you can enjoy the beautiful island of Kaua’i.
