Description- The Veterinarian has complete responsibility for all aspects regarding the health and well-being of our shelter animals, from incoming medical examinations to preventative and emergency care. He/She will have full oversight of the medical staff including staffing, training and development. In addition, the Veterinarian will develop, maintain and expand our Community Medicine outreach programs, working with the local communities to evaluate needs and opportunities. He/She is also fiscally responsible for the complete medical budget.
