Director of Finance
This position is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong nonprofit finance operations background to help strengthen and expand a high impact, local nonprofit dedicated to saving and improving the lives of pets and people! Reporting to the ED, the Director of Finance will be responsible for overseeing finance, administration, business systems planning and analysis, and improving financial efficiencies for our Adoption Center and Thrift Store. Additionally, they will be responsible for overseeing and managing the outsourced vendors for human resources and information technology.
Registered Veterinary Technician with current license and at least two years experience working in a veterinary facility. We are looking for two RVT’s that are motivated quick learners to be part of our team. We are a small privately owned, non-profit veterinary rescue hospital located in Clayton, CA. We are a cat hospital owned by Community Concern for Cats, Inc. (CC4C). CC4C is a volunteer, non-profit cat rescue organization in Contra Costa County that offers abandoned and homeless cats medical rehabilitation, spay and neuter services, foster care, and adoption. We also work to reduce the overpopulation of feral cats through an effective trap-neuter-return program, and when possible, kittens and cats are fostered, socialized, and are adopted out to loving homes through our weekly adopt
Veterinary Clinic Manager
The Veterinary Clinic Manager is responsible for providing leadership for the clinic, managing veterinary support staff and assuring the optimization of clinic operations. The Veterinary Clinic Manager is also responsible for ensuring the highest quality of customer service is delivered by promoting a team-oriented work environment that encourages peer discussion and constructive communication. In partnership with the Director of Operations and Veterinarian(s) in Charge, the Veterinary Clinic Manager is responsible for the medical and financial performance of the clinic and meeting budget expectations, while maintaining a high standard of quality care. In addition, the Veterinary Clinic Manager is responsible for directing staff and the overall management of the clinic.

Here’s what we’re looking for: We are looking for a full time Shelter Veterinarian. The schedule is four 9.5 hour days per week with rotating weekend coverage. California DVM license required. Experience is great, but enthusiasm preferred.
