The League’s Healthy Pet Team provides high quality, high volume spay/neuter services for owned pets and community cats at our stationary clinic on Yuma Street and high-volume community vaccination clinics within our priority service neighborhoods. As a Veterinary Technician on this team, you’ll be a part of a highly skilled and fast-moving team managing surgery prep and recovery or supporting high volume drive through vaccination clinics in the community. Office Assistant at High Volume Spay/Neuter Clinic
Current work days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The clinic is hoping to be open 5 days in the future, so the opportunity to increase days and hours might become available. Duties include managing booking schedule through clinic software, ensuring complete and accurate records exist for all patients, including rabies certificates, go-home paperwork, and medical records, plus answering clinic phones, returning messages, and forwarding messages to appropriate staff in a timely manner.
Animal Care Manager
The Animal Care Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the animal care department by providing leadership and management of the animal care team and ensures operational goals are created and achieved. The Animal Care Manager ensures an environment of compassionate and respectful animal care and people care in accordance with HSPPR’s mission, values, goals, and management philosophy.
