As a member of the Executive Team, you will participate in and contribute to organizational strategic planning, the development of internal policies and processes, and the learning and implementation of best practices in animal welfare. You will help guide strategic change and growth, and use your strong communication skills to represent the VBSPCA in public to advance our mission of creating a more compassionate community through education and collaboration.
