This role is vital in managing the intake process of animals, ensuring accurate documentation, and facilitating smooth communication between partner shelters and pet owners. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, familiarity with veterinary terminology and dog/cat behavior as well as a compassionate approach to animal care. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our animal resource center by managing intake procedures accurately while providing compassionate support to pet owners.
