The Client Services Supervisor is a mid-level managerial position who assists in the daily supervision and oversight of customer service team members. S/he provides oversight to create a positive and supportive environment for the public and staff in a way that reflects the values and mission of the organization. The position of Client Services Supervisor includes administrative, supervisory, reporting/data analysis, and personnel-related duties. S/he provides help to families having emotional, social, environmental, and financial problems and need assistance with the pet(s) in their care and helps our community with lost and found animals. They provide a high level of customer service and are trained to counsel potential adopters through the entire adoption process, including matching adopters to animals, processing adoptions, and working with clients to reclaim lost pets.
