Special Spay/Neuter Voucher for Shelters and Rescues

During emergencies, spay/neuter operations may have to be suspended. As an alternative, your organization can move to adopting unaltered animals pursuant to an agreement that they will be spayed or neutered later. The Wisconsin Humane Society has created this special spay/neuter voucher and waiver to use during these times, and you can make your own voucher using Wisconsin Humane Society’s as a template.
