The Humane Society of Yuma is looking for a Certified Veterinary Technician, or someone with equal experience, to manage our high-volume, low-cost spay and neuter clinic. The ideal candidate will be Board Certified by a State Veterinary Medical Board within the United States and be certified nationally. Other considerations will be made for candidates who have at least 5 years of Veterinary experience working as a lead technician. Candidate must be skilled in managing people, client relations and up to date on state and federal laws. Denver Animal Protection is seeking an Animal Protection Officer Supervisor to supervise animal protection employees who enforce local and regional laws concerning the care and treatment of animals, investigate complaints of non-compliance with animal ordinances and laws, perform facility compliance inspections, perform court liaison duties pertaining to the issuance of legal summonses, and provide education to the public regarding public health, animal care, safety, and welfare.
