The Director of Shelter Operations at EASEL Animal Rescue League is primarily responsible for the management of daily shelter operations, including supervision and training of shelter personnel and volunteers, team building, coordination and supervision of animal care, adoptions, record-keeping, and ensuring high-quality customer service is provided to the public by all staff and volunteers.
