POSITION OVERVIEW The Operations Director (OD) is tasked with reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business procedures, and implementing policies that will improve day-to-day operations. Ensures work environments are adequate and safe. Helps set strategic goals and is responsible for the flow of operational information to the Board of Directors, Executive Director and staff.
Manager of Lifesaving Programs
The purpose of this position is to oversee all lifesaving programs and managerial functions relative to the Oklahoma City Campus (s), including but not limited to the supervision of intake operations, relocation programs, foster homes and adoptions, implementation of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) as directed, staff training and supervision, facility repair and maintenance.
