The Hawaiian Humane Society is seeking a lead shelter medical and surgical staff member who is responsible for providing direction to the department to establish best practices in shelter medicine and HQHV surgical practices. The Chief Veterinarian will establishes appropriate veterinary policies for all shelter operations, adhere to the highest ethical standards, and ensure that veterinary care is provided in a safe, competent, professional and humane manner.
