Our Director of Community Services will: Play a pivotal role dedicated to nurturing and enhancing the bond between our organization and the community. This position oversees a variety of impactful programs, including pet support services, Pet Pantry, the community cats' program, volunteer and foster care management, and outreach events. Additionally, the Director play an integral part in developing a robust community safety net. Through these efforts, the Director ensures the well-being of both animals and people, fostering a compassionate and supportive environment for all.

Responsibilities: — Plans, organizes and directs Simply Cats operations and programs. Develops and implements policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. — Prepares annual budgets, conducts budget reviews and periodic updates and forecasts. Ensures services and funding relationships are robust enough to meet or exceed strategic goals and objectives. — Develops a work culture that attracts and retains talented and diverse staff. — Provides administrative leadership, working with the board of directors, donors, partners, and other stakeholders to sustain the mission of the organization and support animal welfare services.
