Wellness Veterinarian (DVM) Position
Precision Veterinary is expanding, and we're seeking a passionate and dedicated Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) to join our team!
About Us:
Precision Veterinary is an affordable care veterinary clinic located on Madison's West Side. Since our opening in November 2018, we've been committed to providing high-quality veterinary services primarily to lower income families, animal shelters, and pet rescues, collaborating with over 70 different organizations. We focus on wellness visits, spaying and neutering, facilitating adoptions, and ensuring access to quality care for those in need.
Position Overview:
As a Wellness Veterinarian at Precision Veterinary, you will play a key role in promoting the health and well-being of our patients. Your primary focus will be on conducting timed wellness appointments, ensuring thorough examinations, and providing top-notch medical care.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments during wellness appointments.
· Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions related to routine veterinary care.
· Communicate effectively with clients, explaining medical concepts in an understandable manner.
· Utilize electronic medical record software (ezyVet and ClinicHQ).
· Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Requirements:
· Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
· Current state licensure as a Veterinarian.
· Familiarity with electronic medical record software.
· Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
