Nothing quite says “adopt me” like, well, a vest that says “Adopt Me”! Besides being dapper, a vest can save a dog’s life. A message like “Adopt Me” is a clear directive for potential adopters, letting them know this animal is available.
Where should a dog sport his vest?

Vests vary in price; we recommend searching around online and figuring out the best option for your agency. If you’re having trouble fitting vests into your budget, get creative (as only animal welfare folks can). Try a fundraising campaign for vests. Have fun with it—for example, how about holding a vest design contest on social media and asking for funds to help purchase the winning design.

Besides “Adopt Me,” there are other fun messages you can put on a vest, like "Take me home today" or "Will you be my human?” Some other goodies you can add on to a vest, which vary by company, include:
