Step 1: Choose a Coordinator
Average Time Needed
1 to 2 weeks
Description
The Adoption Ambassadors coordinator must have a clear understanding of your organization’s operations, know how to manage adoptions, and be able to interact with staff to facilitate animals entering the program. He or she is responsible for making sure photos and information about animals are collected and shared with Adoption Ambassadors.
Details to Consider
You can use your existing foster coordinator to simplify the process, or a qualified volunteer. Some may simply choose the best “people” person on staff. He or she is responsible for making sure photos and information about animals are collected and shared with Adoption Ambassadors.

How about a private Facebook group for Ambassadors where they can support one another and you can share updates and info?
