Pay: $140,000 - $160,000

Harmony Vet Care is a non-profit that believes in making high-quality medical and surgical care affordable for clients. We see a large volume of clients with a wide range of diverse medical and surgical cases. We provide basic wellness and preventive care, spay/neuter, dentistry, emergency care, and management of chronic diseases. We have three clinics across the Tampa area, and a total of 8 doctors who are always accessible and want to help you grow and learn.
We are looking for an additional veterinarian to join the team to help with medical examinations, surgery, etc.! We are looking for a veterinarian who enjoys working in a high-paced clinic and is passionate about our mission and work. We are looking for a doctor interested in all or some of the following qualities: HQHVSN, general surgical experience, medical and wellness examinations, and dentistry
Full-time doctors work a total of four 7-hour shifts between Monday and Saturday. Part-time doctors work a total of two 7-hour shifts between Monday and Saturday.

Job Description:
- Providing quality medical exams for clients and their pets
- Explaining diagnosis to clients
- Prescribing medications
- Interpreting and reading bloodwork, histopathology, and cytology results
- See wellness examinations, sick examinations, and emergency appointments
- Opportunity for surgery doing high-quality-high-volume spay/neuter, emergency surgery, and dentistry if needed
- MUST be willing to go to multiple clinic locations (clinics are in Carrollwood, Oldsmar, and Brandon)
Job Qualifications:
- Experience in seeing wellness examinations and managing chronic diseases
- Emergency, surgical, and shelter experience is an asset
- Strong communication skills
- Computer skills
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Salary based on experience
