At the ASPCA since 2009, Dave Betournay has more than 25 years of animal welfare experience, including 12 years at the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire. He currently works with ASPCA Partnerships and Initiatives in Charlotte, NC, Miami, FL, and throughout the northeast.
