Andy Groszkowski, DVM
Dr. Groszkowski was born and raised in the western New York area outside of Buffalo, NY. He completed his veterinary and master’s degree from St. George’s University, clinical rotations at North Carolina State University, and rotating small animal internship at Veterinary Specialist and Animal Emergency Service in Rochester, NY. Dr. Groszkowski practiced small animal emergency medicine for 5 years before starting with ASPCA Poison Control in 2017. His professional interests include veterinary toxicology, emergency medicine, and exotic animal medicine. He shares his home and spare time with a German Shepherd Dog mix named Kade, who became family when previous owners couldn’t proceed with a blood transfusion in the ER for anemia caused by a hookworm infection
