This 2015 veterinary resource offers a broad overview of standard precautions to take in order to prevent the spread of zoonotic diseases. Although it doesn’t specifically include the Coronavirus, it provides important recommendations for environmental control and undertaking veterinary procedures. The CDC is currently recommending all veterinarians and their staff review the concepts in this document and consistently implement in veterinary hospitals especially during the current COVID-19 outbreak.
