The Shelter Veterinarian’s primary responsibility is to provide exceptional, humane medical care and treatment to all animals in our care regardless of diagnosis, prognosis, length of stay or reason for intake. The Shelter Veterinarian is expected to function independently or partner with all resident Shelter Veterinarians to perform surgeries (primarily spay/neuter but diverse surgical, and dental, opportunities available commensurate with experience).
