DescriptionThe Senior Director ensures protocols are followed and care of animals is held to Mountain Humane's high standards. The ideal candidate should bring experience in animal welfare, strong managerial and team leadership skills, and work effectively with the public. Full time competitive wages, health insurance, retirement, paid vacation and sick time. Wage range $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience, animal welfare training, proficiency in job tasks, ability to lead by example while fostering the mission of the organization.
