Approximately 10-15 travel expense grants of $2,000 will be offered per year through 2020
The ASPCA Spay/Neuter Alliance has reserved blocks for its program throughout the year, but dates will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. Apply early for the program to ensure availability.
