ASV Shelter Guidelines Webinars

The Association of Shelter Veterinarians (ASV) compiled the comprehensive Guidelines for Standards of Care in Animal Shelters to provide research-based guidelines that will help any sheltering operation meet the physical, medical, and behavioral needs of the animals in their care.

Monthly Webinar Series Hosted by the ASPCA

The ASPCA and ASV presented a series of 1-hour webinars through early 2012, each spotlighting a section of the ASV guidelines. Each webinar was presented by one of the authors of the guidelines. All sessions were recorded and links to the recordings are posted below.

You are invited to learn about the guidelines and how you can use them as a road map to increase your capacity to save more lives.
