Transitioning to a Humane Alliance Model Clinic

Concerned that they couldn't do enough surgeries to have a significant impact on animal overpopulation, Humane Ohio worked closely with the Humane Alliance National Spay/Neuter Response Team to transform their monthly MASH clinics into a high-volume, low-cost stationary clinic serving targeted areas of northwest Ohio. By adopting a new model, Humane Ohio doubled its volume of surgeries in less than a year.

Reinventing an organization, especially a successful one, takes work and determination.
