The ASPCA Rachael Ray $100K Challenge began with one important goal — save more lives. It’s quickly become an inspired competition to save more cats and dogs through innovation, inspiration, and no small amount of hard work.
The 2012 $100K Challenge launches on March 1. If you’re considering joining the Challenge this year, read on for great reasons to enter, inspiration from previous Challengers, and a webinar schedule full of ideas for winning prizes, engaging community, and saving more lives.

Breaking Records and Saving Lives
Of the 42 agencies responding to the 2011 post-Challenge survey:
- 86% reported trying new programs,
- 81% saved more lives than they would have without the Challenge, and
- 70% broke one or more of their adoption records.
