Pro Bono Creative Services

Looking for free marketing and design services to help you promote your animals?

  • Ask your community.
    • You may be able to get a local firm to do the work pro bono, or a talented designer just starting out may be willing to work for free to build up her portfolio. Check with your local chamber of commerce for a directory of local businesses.
    • Local college classes and art schools might be willing to tackle your needs as part of their coursework.
  • Ask your volunteers. You may have a willing and able designer among your ranks.
  • Join a network. For example, creativePAW is a network of creative professionals who are willing to work pro bono for animal welfare organizations and causes. Just post your need on their site.

Once you've got the talent lined up, get their creative juices flowing – have them check out cat marketing ideas from all over the country. Bonus! Download this free artwork today!

Help Adopters Find Their New Soul Mate

Feline-ality is a research-based adoption program for cats that is proven to save more feline lives by pairing distinct "Feline-alities" with adopters whose personality and lifestyle fit them best.

Feline-ality increases opportunities for shelter cats to find loving homes by:

  • Helping your shelter to better market adult cats
  • Increasing your shelter's cat adoptions and reducing returns
  • Decreasing the length of stay for adult cats
  • Positioning your shelter to provide customized matching that new pet owners can't get anywhere else
  • Most importantly, increasing the likelihood that adopters will bond with their cats and accommodate for their individual behavior.

Visit ASPCApro to find new Feline-ality online resources such as videos, how-to's, worksheets, and more. Learn how the Feline-ality Adoption Program helps adopters find their new soul mate among your shelter's cats.
