Drive Global Change in Animal Welfare

The Alliance for Contraception in Cats & Dogs (ACC&D) exists at the cutting edge of science and veterinary medicine. Our mission is to transform humane population management by accelerating the development and adoption of non-surgical fertility control.

The Role

As our "connective tissue," you will manage ACC&D’s external voice. This role requires translating complex scientific research into compelling content for a global network of stakeholders, including researchers, veterinarians, and policymakers.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, execute, and optimize a schedule-driven digital communication strategy.
Create needed content, translating technical research into accessible advocacy and educational materials.
Engage with a global network to advance innovative technologies that reduce animal suffering.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.
Professional experience in animal welfare, veterinary medicine, or a research-oriented field.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress/Squarespace).
Background in science journalism or technical writing preferred.
Strong verbal skills for occasional domestic and international travel.

Compensation: Salary ranges from $45 - $58k/year, based on experience. Benefits package provided upon interview selection.
