A downside of many foster programs is that the animals eventually must return to the shelter for placement, taking up kennel space while waiting for adoption. We’re looking for successful Foster-to-Adoption programs. Have you trained your foster families to do adoptions so the foster animals go directly new homes instead of returning to the shelter?
