A starter list of organizations that make grants for animal welfare programs

most things, becomes easier the more you do it. Fortunately, most
foundations have websites where you can learn about the foundation's
funding objectives and application requirements.
The following list identifies organizations that make animal-welfare
grants as part of their mission. Some of these foundations are entirely
focused on animal welfare while others support multiple philanthropic
areas.
Tip: Before delving into this list, make sure you've read our step-by-step instructions for researching foundations.
