Nancy Clark Says:
This photo is so cute…it made me think of a couple of movies and a song…so how about
“Dance with the White Dog?”
or “Waiting for Danny (Zuko)”
or…
let’s see…1950′s…poodle skirt…
she’s at a sock hop obviously as she is not wearing her saddle shoes. I don’t see any cat’s eye glasses and I cannot see her waggley tail…but I think she’s also ready for the caption
“How Much is That Doggie in the Window?”
Remember the lyric?…
“…If he has a dog he won’t be lonesome
And the doggie will have a good home.”
It might have been about buying a pet…but today could just as easily be about adopting at a shelter or pet store.

Nancy, way to come out SWINGING!
We love seeing shelters go all out at Halloween time — really clever campaigns, innovative events, and cute photos galore of animals in costume that double as promotional material.
