Can somebunny tell us what’s going on here?
P.S. Really, we’re all ears, so leave us a note in our basket…er, comment box.
Update: April 2, 2012: Go go go sponsorship! Check the comment box to find out how an agency successfully promoted their adoptable dogs AND raised money at the same time.

Kat Hodges Says:
A great photo op, that’s what! My guess is that this dog is up for adoption and an agency is promoting it with a cute holiday photo, or an agency is engaging the community by offering photos with the Easter Bunny for pets!
Elyse Orecchio, Shelters' Edge Says:
Ding ding ding! Good going, Kat.
Eleventh Hour Rescue of South Flanders, NJ, posted that pic on Facebook along with this way cute – and clever! – message:
“My name is Baker and I’m an EHR alumni. Soon after this picture was taken last year, I found my forever home. I was talking with some of my pals still looking for homes over at the EHR kennel and heard some of them say that they wish they could visit with the Easter Bunny and get their picture taken like me. Lucky for them, you have the opportunity to sponsor some of my friends and make this happen! Sponsorships are just $15 and include a photo that goes with the dog when adopted and digital copies to be shared online through Facebook, their dog’s bio, and more. You can pay directly through PayPal by using this handy link. Please help my friends have their wish come true!”
So did EHR get the donations they’d hoped? “Definitely!” volunteer Eda Colierro told us. “EVERY one of our adoptable kennel dogs had their picture taken with the Easter Bunny!”
Wait, you didn’t think we’d leave you without showing you the rest of the doggie/bunny photos? Here they are:
