Learn more. Onyx and Breezy Shefts Adoption CenterIn New York City, the ASPCA operates a 12,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art adoption facility capable of housing more than 300 cats and dogs. In 2009, the adoption center found new homes for over 3,765 dogs and cats.
